Kai Better World Badge - Tabbleware: The full bowl and cutlery are the primary icon of the Kai badge and directly reference the ideas of cooking, nutrition, and bringing people together through the act of sharing kai. The tablecloth pattern in the background serves to reinforce these key themes. World: The world inside the bowl symbolises where our food comes from, the cultural significance that it has, as well as the environmental impact that food has on our planet. Green Leaf and Swoosh: The swoosh that grows into a leaf illustrates the idea of the food cycle, growth, and sustainability. Colours: The colours of this badge are chosen to evoke a hearty, nurturing feeling through a warm palette of oranges, reds, and browns. The brown also represents the earth in which our food is grown.
