The cover design for the Youth Development Policy incorporates each aspect of the SPICES - Social Development, Physical and Mental Health Development, Intellectual Development , Character Development, Emotional Development, and Spiritual Development. Utilising imagery that represents each of these ideas and synthesising them into 1 cohesive and eyecatching image.
